Howling Hills RV Park
We at Howling Hills RV Park strive to provide all our guests with a safe, and enjoyable environment during their stay with us. The following is a list of our park policies and guidelines.
PAYMENTS
Cash app, Venmo, Website booking are all acceptable forms of payment.
CONTACTS
Please feel free to contact management (580) 238-3595 for any cause of concern or maintenance. Contact local authorities with any other emergency services.
QUIET TIME
8:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please respect your neighbors (no loud or unruly parties). If the police are called to your site for disturbances, violent criminal activity, or drug related activity, it is ground for immediate removal. There will be no refunds of any rent paid.
· No firearms or fireworks to be discharged on the property at anytime.
· If someone is disturbing you, please bring it to the attention of Management.
· No unauthorized fires.
PETS
Animals are not to remain outside unattended for extended periods of time (tie outs included). All animals should be on a leash or tie out. NO FREE ROAMING PETS. Owner of animal is responsible for disposal of said animals waste in all areas of the park including your own site. Outdoor cats are not allowed. Howling Hills RV Park LLC, its owners, management and/or representatives are not, and will not, be held responsible or liable for any bodily injury, property damage or medical payments to others caused by any animal, whether owned or not owned by Guest or visitors. No pets are allowed in park buildings. Any aggression of animal toward others or property (including pets) will result in the termination of stay and/or removal of pet.
PARENTS/CHILDREN
Parents are responsible for children’s supervision and safety at all times.
SPEED LIMIT
5 MPH speed limit is to be observed throughout the park at all times. Please watch out for children. Do not short cut across any other RV site or drive on the grass.
PARKING
No parking allowed on grass, in roadways or on empty sites. ( Unless authorized by management). Inoperable or unregistered vehicles are not allowed. Utility trailers. boats, recreational vehicles etc.. parked on site are management approval only.
RV SITES
Cleanliness of the RV Park is important to us. Sites are to be kept clean and orderly as determined by Management. No outdoor freezers, storage boxes or buildings, outside water heaters, porches, etc. are not allowed without management approval. If your site becomes overly crowded with personal items or clutter, the Management reserves the right to ask you to dispose of it and or store it away. You will be given 30 days to remedy the situation. Failure to do so may result in an additional fee of $25 until the condition of the clutter is taken care of as it interferes with ground maintenance and unsightliness of the park. No digging or erecting poles without approval (including satellite dishes. The use of tarps on campers will be at property owners consent. (Time frame will be no longer than 30 days unless otherwise stated by management).
UTILTIES
Utilities are included in all site rates (electric, water, wifi). Please be mindful of resources and don’t let the uses be negligent as we would like to keep it all in one included price rather than charging you directly for electrical usage.
SEWER
An airtight sewer connection is required and must be closed at all times. Preferably sewer hoses should be kept off the ground as to not interfere with grass cutting and weed eater. The Management will not be held responsible for damage to hoses or cables on the ground. No grease, plastic, etc. put in the sewer. Nothing except toilet waste. Do not discard any hazardous materials anywhere on the property. Spills to be cleaned by responsible party.
LONG TERM GUEST RATES
Rates are based on single family ( 2 adults plus their children ). There is an additional charge per month of $25 per person for anyone 18 years old and older.
TRASH
Guest are responsible for placing trash in the dumpster. Only household trash and garbage generated on your site may be disposed of in the dumpster. Due to limited capacity, large items such as furniture, fixtures, and/or construction materials are NOT allowed in our dumpster. Please close the lid after each use and be sure that there is no trash on the ground around the dumpster.
GUEST BEHAVIOR
Guests are responsible and liable for the behavior and conduct of all family members and visitors. Disorderly conduct, public intoxication and underage drinking are strictly prohibited. Any actions, behavior or disturbances that result in law enforcement being dispatched to Howling Hills RV Park, is considered a violation of park policies and may lead to immediate removal, without any refunds. All visitors of the guests are subject to these rules and regulations.
VISITOR PARKING
Guests visitors are allowed to park at their site if there is available room without parking on grass or blocking roadways. Additional parking will be available at the laundry facility.
SMOKING
No smoking in any of the park buildings. Please do not leave cigarette butts throughout the RV park, dispose of them properly. Medical Marijuana in permissible given the patient observes state guidelines, ( which states that no public smoking is allowed, only in your own residence is lawful ). If guest are found smoking outside of the residence they will be fined and or asked to leave the premises if it’s a repeated occurrence.
DAMAGE
Howling Hills RV Park .LLC, its owners and representatives, are not responsible for loss of damage to guests or their visitors property due to theft, vandalism, fire, or any other casualty or act of God. Guest assumes all risk of such loss or damage and is responsible for carrying their own insurance. In addition, damages of any kind by Guest or visitors of the park shall be billed to the guest or their visitors.
LAUNDRY AND SHOWER FACILITY
The laundry/shower facility is for the use of registered guests only, not their visitors. Access will be biometric to divert unauthorized use, however, any abuse of service will result in future access being revoked and or termination of stay agreement. Each guest is responsible to clean after themselves, not overload the appliances, to retrieve their laundry in a timely manner to allow machines to be used by other guest and follow the park rules within the facility (no smoking, no pets.) Detergents, dryer sheets, fabric softeners, soaps, shampoos, towels or wash rags will not be supplied by Howling Hills RV park, use of facility is unlimited for authorized individuals.
IDEMNIFICATION
Guests shall indemnify and hold harmless Howling Hills RV Park .LLC, its owners, and representatives from any and all claims, liability and expense, loss, damage, costs including but not limited to attorney and other professional fees, award, fine or judgements for injury to person(s), loss of life or damage to property arising out of the guest’s exercise of his or her rights hereunder, guest’s alleged or actual or negligent act, regardless or such act is active or passive, except as may be solely caused by gross negligence or intentional acts of Howling Hills RV Park .LLC, it owners or representatives.

RATES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE.
HOWLING HILLS RV PARK .LLC RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REMOVE GUESTS AND THEIR VEHICLES/RV’S FOR FAILURE TO PAY THE FULL AMOUNT OWED OR FOR FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THE WRITTEN RULES AND GUIDELINES OF THE PARK.
THE MANAGEMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO MAKE NECESSARY CHANGES TO THESE RULES AND GUIDELINES, YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED VIA TEXT MESSAGE, WEBSITE AND THOSE WITH ACCESS TO LAUNDRY FACILITIES.
ENTERING A STAY AGREEMENT WITH HOWLING HILLS RV PARK .LLC FOR ANY AMOUNT OF TIME IS AN ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF PARTY TO COMPLY WITH THE ABOVE RULES AND REGULATIONS OF HOWLING HILLS RV PARK .LLC.
NON-COMPLIANCE OF WRITTEN RULES OR ANYTHING DEEMED AS REASONABLE BUT NOT WRITTEN IS CONSENT OF THE TERMINATION OF PREVIOUS STAY AGREEMENT AND WILL RESULT IN THE PARTIES REMOVAL FROM HOWLING HILLS RV PARK.
I have read and agree to comply with all of the rules, policies, and guidelines stated above.
